No. ACF is the field builder. Steem writes something that reads or writes the groups you already created — a block, a column, a small front-end form.

### Will it create new fields?

The jobs on this page do not. If you want a custom post type with its own fields and no ACF, say that — that is a different plugin, and Steem will write one.

### Do I need a WordPress site to try it?
